We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Since we source our unique pet solutions from global partners to offer you the best prices, standard shipping typically takes 4-12 business days depending on your location. We appreciate your patience, it will be worth the wait for your furry friend!
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can easily track your package on our Track Your Order page at any time in the Contact page or If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
Don't worry, the rest is on its way! We operate from multiple fulfillment centers. To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products separately. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
We work fast to get your order processed! You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order has likely already been processed by our warehouse and cannot be modified. Please email us immediately at [support@pethacks.com] with the subject line "CANCEL" or "CHANGE".
Please contact us immediately! If your package hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. However, if the package has already left our facility, we are unable to intercept it. We recommend double-checking your address before checkout.
We want you and your pet to be happy. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please visit our [Refund Policy] page for full details.
Oh no! We are so sorry about that. Please send us a photo of the damaged item to danny@pethacks.co within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No need to return the broken item.
