We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
USA, Canada, UK, Australia: 2-7 business days.
Europe: 3-10 business days.
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days.
Note: This time is included in the order processing before shipment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page to see exactly where your package is.
All prices on our store are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are paying with a non-USD credit card, your bank will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency at their current exchange rate.

For sanitary and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on grooming items (such as brushes, toothbrushes, or vacuums) that have been used on a pet, unless there is a technical defect. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, we are happy to process a return.
